Returns Policy
• RETURN is possible, if the customer received the wrong item (s) from our end.
• RETURN is accepted only when an item must be Unused, Unscratched, and in the Original Packaging or same condition
 customer received at the time of delivery.
• Items will not be returned if they found damaged, scratched or used.
• RETURN of wrong item (s) will be entertained only when Original Invoice/ Receipt will be present.
• Item(s) must be checked at the time of receiving an order, otherwise, return claims will not be entertained.
• Item(s) such as; AC, UPS, Burner, Rangehood, Cooking Range, can not be checked on the spot at the time of delivery,
 shall be checked and complaints must be registered (if there is any) within 5 working days of delivery.Â
• The order will not be replaced/returned after that we have placed the date & stamp on the warranty card
• Please check the order while receiving. After that any complains will not be Acceptable.
